Good interview, thanks for sharing. Wish he had gotten more into the specifics - what were the mistakes made? What does playing the long game mean in that product context? What metrics did he optimize more, how were they right vs wrong etc. I feel like he could have been a lot more specific, especially since he doesnt work at facebook anymore.
