My hunch is that in the model you're going to see the weakest spot of your loop, so you can start thinking of all the data you need to build up the strong hypotheses and execute on them. In the same time, playin around with the numbers, you can arrive at a blend of different metrics that can be improved relatively(!!!) easy, which is going to support your growth while that major thing is being figured.
